Coaching Training
I spent the past week in Thailand with colleagues Keith & Lori Webb, training mission leaders from around Asia in coaching skills. It was a great, full week of learning.
At the end of 40 hours of teaching and practice together, they were all really enthused about putting the principles into practice in order to empower the church planters and other workers they supervise.
