When we lived in California, we used to spend a week every summer at Hume Lake Christian Camp. This summer we got to go back for a week with Kimberly’s family. In coming years, we hope Tyler and Cameron can go there as campers.
Ever since Tyler was born in 1993, Jim’s mom has dreamed of taking him on a trip to Washington DC to learn about our nation’s heritage. This July Tyler got to spend four days in DC wearing out his grandparents, seeing sights like the Capitol Dome, the geographic center of DC.
There’s not much that is more American than 4th of July in the park! This year we got a great dose of celebrating our country with the whole community in Yorba Linda.
