A new artists group (Creative Arts staff for Salvation Army Youth).
5 Stars no longer meet weekly as a group but have re-formed as Friday book club: “The Understudies” and are inviting others to join.
Attending a women’s bible study she doesn’t lead.
Getting help for health problems (chiropractor).

Feb – 4, 7, 8, 22, 28 Focusing Leaders Networks please pray for the facilitators that Jim has trained and mentored over the past four years, that they would grow in their wisdom and skill in mentoring others in these networks, and that the networks would multiply with new pastors and leaders joining.

SPECIAL prayer request CRMS Conference
March 3

Jim has coordinated many missions and China conferences in Singapore and China over the past 6 years, but this will be the first time he is holding a conference as CRM Singapore. Part of the reason is that his CRM mentoring ministry is personal and small-group oriented, not conference-based. We are not aiming for crowds, but for significant growth in the lives of select Christian leaders.

Now as he multiplies his ministry from his own mentoring of pastors to helping others mentor pastors, he is building a reputation and entry point for the ministry through a conference. Please pray in February for the right pastors and Christian leaders to attend who would be willing to join a mentoring network, and pray for Jim and the other facilitators as they emphasize spiritual renewal, character formation, and leadership development in the workshops throughout the day.
